BUILD CONFIDENCE IN MATHS
2-week session from July 8th to July 20th 2024.
Students ages 12 to 16 are provided with the keys to consolidate their basic mathematic skills. They learn to look at math problems in a completely different way. In small groups, supervised by dedicated and experienced teachers, students learn to reflect and to enjoy solving math problems.
The language program at Chantemerle is designed to improve students’ language skills. The program also aims to develop students into 21st-century learners:
We teach them to think critically, research and debate by defending their ideas in public
We encourage creativity, asking students to seek solutions in new and creative ways
By the end of the program, we want students to be confident in their ability to communicate and collaborate in the language studied
Finally, we want our students to make the most of digital tools and create video projects
In line with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, the program is structured around a progression plan with clear objectives. Regular tests and evaluations allow us to place each student according to his/her age and language level (from A1 to C1). Surrounded by experienced native teachers, the student progresses quickly and confidently.
