Make It Count !
Life skills challenges for teenagers
Programme available between July 12th and August 2nd, 2026
Vacation time is precious. Your child can just let it pass them by… or they can turn it into moments that really matter to them: stepping out of one’s comfort zone, getting to know themselves better and gaining confidence. Make it Count isn’t just fun, it’s fun that really matters and helps your child to grow.
Four workshops are planned throughout the programme:
- MasterChef cooking challenge — enhances creativity, time management and organisation under pressure.
- TEDx debates — improve critical thinking, confident communication and the ability to defend diverse perspectives
- Safe Water Cube — develop teamwork and leadership skills to build a simple and effective drinking-water fountain
- Outdoor survival challenge — develop problem-solving, perseverance and resilience skills around outdoor survival and adventure challenges
Engineering the World -
Mathematics & Physics revision
Programme available from from June 28th to July 19th, 2026
In this hands-on programme, students ages 14-17 reinforce essential maths and physics principles — from algebra and geometry to mechanics and energy, to tackle real-world problems.
Led by professional engineers from the prestigious EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Federale Lausanne), this programme gives students a unique opportunity to strengthen their core maths and physics skills while developing their critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork skills along the way.
A highlight of the programme is a guided visit to EPFL, where students see world-class laboratories, research facilities, and engineering projects in action, connecting classroom theory to cutting-edge applications.

The language program at Chantemerle is designed to improve students’ language skills. The program also aims to develop students into 21st-century learners:
We teach them to think critically, research and debate by defending their ideas in public
We encourage creativity, asking students to seek solutions in new and creative ways
By the end of the program, we want students to be confident in their ability to communicate and collaborate in the language studied
Finally, we want our students to make the most of digital tools and create video projects
In line with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, the program is structured around a progression plan with clear objectives. Regular tests and evaluations allow us to place each student according to his/her age and language level (from A1 to C1). Surrounded by experienced native teachers, the student progresses quickly and confidently.
